Autodesk Names New CFO; Will Cut More Jobs

Autodesk has named Mark J. Hawkins to the post of executive vice president and CFO.

The software company also announced further job cuts, but will not release figures. In January, Autodesk cut 750 jobs, or 10% of its work force.

Autodesk also said Thursday it would consolidate some facilities.

The company will announce details of the new cost-cutting plan next month.

Hawkins comes from Logitech, where he has been CFO and senior vice president of finance and information technology since 2006.
