Irish 16 year-old Tara Haughton owns a company that supports her entire family. Her company makes adhesives can be applied to the soles of shoes, dressing them up with butterflies, animal prints, or Union Jack flags. However, she is most well known for making red adhesives that make shoes look like Louboutins. Haughton got the idea when she saw confetti sticking to the bottom of her shoe at a wedding. Her product sells throughout Europe. Haughton is examining sales opportunities in the Middle East and China. She has also been approached by U.S. and Canadian retailers.
