Job Details:
This position is responsible for operating a specific piece of equipment in an assigned area for efficient production while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE JOB The essential functions of this position includes, but is not limited to:
1. Help with delivery of chicks to growers according to schedule set by management. 2. Loads/Unloads chicks in and out of the trailer. 3. Handles stacks of crated chicks to deliver into broiler house. 2. All other duties as assigned by management. II. MUSCULAR / SKELETAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
1. Good hand / eye and foot coordination. 2. Subject to external environment, heat and cold 3. Be able to handle a dusty environment. 4. Pulling, bending, twisting, turning, etc. 5. Must be able to climb steps in and out of the t railer. Relocation Assistance Eligible:
